Smoky cubes of porky goodness that can take on almost any flavor profile! One sought after recipe is the peach tea pork belly burnt end, popularized by Interstellar BBQ. The name seems to roll off the tongue and the flavors will make your taste buds dance. Although I do not know how they make these down at Interstellar BBQ, I developed my own recipe that is inspired by their dish and it is truly out of this world! A heavy coating of a savory rub, low and slow smoke, fatty and meaty pork belly, and a sweet sticky glaze truly come together to make a bite that is NOT HORSIN AROUND!
