Hi! My name’s Kira and I teach people how to breathe. I work with brands like Equinox & Alo to bring forth breathwork in an approachable and relatable way. I’m a certified Wim Hof Instructor and currently mentored under Breathwork Master & Martial Arts Master, Chris Tai.
