Welcome to this Astral Projection Meditation | Yoga Nidra for OBEs created in collaboration with the Monroe Institute. This astral projection guided meditation is designed to help you astral travel with ease. Rosalie will first guide you to a state of mind awake body asleep using yoga nidra (also known as non sleep deep rest or NSDR). Once you're in this state of deep conscious relaxation, Rosalie will lead you on a journey through the chakras. You are encouraged to just let go and follow your own intuition in choosing an exit technique to have an out of body experience (OBE or OOBE).
