Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com and today we're gonna take a look at this Timbren trailer suspension enhancement system for under slung axles. Now these hollow rubber springs with a 5,000 pound capacity are designed for trailers with an under slung axle that have a 2 3/8 inch to 3 inch diameter. And of course, as you probably know an under slung axle means that the leaf spring sits underneath it. These springs are going to improve suspension handling and safety and they're going to provide additional support as needed. So you're always gonna have a smooth, comfortable ride. They allow your leaf spring ample movement while cushioning light loads and they're gonna become more rigid as more weight is added. They'll increase stability providing great performance while hauling heavy loads and they're gonna raise your trailer ride height. The overall dimensions from the top of the spring to where this is going to be sitting on your axle we're sitting at about 5 1/4 inches tall. And these are going to work independently, adjusting side to side, helping you compensate for off center loads and reducing body roll when swerving and turning corners. And they're going to work to eliminate your trailer from swaying. Now these springs also act as shock absorbers taking the brunt of bumps and rough roads extending the life of your trailer suspension. This kit includes everything that you see here on the table before me. You're gonna get the two hollow rubber springs the mounting brackets and hardware they're going to install with your existing U bolts. And they're going to secure to leaf springs that are 1 3/4 inches, 2 inches or 2 1/4 inches wide. For tandem axle applications, you will use two kits and these springs are designed to work with a suspension system that is in good working order. Now again, the capacity of these springs are 5,000 pounds. However it is important to note that these timber and springs will not increase your trailer's weight carrying capacity. So you wanna make sure that you're not exceeding your manufacturer's recommended weight limit.
