Jaby and Steph continue on with the second movie in the Ice Age franchise, Ice Age: The Meltdown! As the Ice Age ends and the ice begins to melt, Manny, Sid, and Diego embark on a journey to escape a massive flood while discovering new friends and facing their fears. Ice Age: The Meltdown was directed by Carlos Saldanha (Rio, Ferdinand, Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs). The main voice cast includes Ray Romano (Everybody Loves Raymond, The Big Sick, The Irishman) as Manny, the woolly mammoth; John Leguizamo (Moulin Rouge!, Romeo + Juliet, Encanto) as Sid, the talkative sloth; and Denis Leary (Rescue Me, The Amazing Spider-Man, The Ref) as Diego, the sardonic saber-toothed tiger. Joining the cast in this sequel is Queen Latifah (Chicago, Hairspray, The Equalizer) as Ellie, a mammoth who believes she’s a possum. Supporting voices include Seann William Scott (American Pie, Dude, Where’s My Car?, Goon) and Josh Peck (Drake & Josh, Oppenheimer, The Wackness) as Crash and Eddie, Ellie’s mischievous possum brothers.
