INGREDIENTS: For the Chicken Crust: 1 lb ground chicken 2 large eggs 1/2 cup parmesan cheese 1 tsp garlic powder 1/8 tsp salt (or to taste) A crack of black pepper (or to taste) For the Toppings: 3 tbsp Homemade Pizza Sauce 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Turkey pepperoni, to taste Freshly chopped parsley, for garnish INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, eggs, parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well. 3. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, flatten the chicken mixture into a pizza crust shape. Bake for 25 minutes. Let it rest for a few minutes. 4. Increase oven temp to 425°F (220°C). 5.
