Here's a simple recipe for Chicken Pakora: Ingredients: 500g boneless chicken breast or thighs, cut into small pieces 1/2 tsp salt (namak) 1/4 tsp ginger paste (adrak lesson) 1/4 tsp red chili powder (mirchi) 1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi) 1/4 tsp coriander powder (dhanya powder) 1/2 tsp chicken masala powder 1 egg, beaten 1 cup gram flour (besan) Chopped cilantro (kothur) and mint leaves (pudina) for garnish Curry leaves (kari patta) for decoration Instructions: 1. In a large bowl, mix together chicken, salt, ginger paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and chicken masala powder. 2. Add the beaten egg and mix well. 3. Gradually add the gram flour and mix until the chicken is well coated. 4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan. 5. Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown. 6. Garnish with chopped cilantro and mint leaves. 7. Decorate with curry leaves. 8. Serve hot and enjoy! Tips: Use a mixture of gram flour and spices for crispy pakora.
