Let it cool and keep them aside. Then paste it. Take a pan add 2 teaspoon oil heat the oil in low flame add all vegetables kept ready light roast and keep it ready. Take another big pan put butter heat the butter in low flame then add cumin seeds , curry leaves onion paste, turmeric powder, chili powder, salt, tomato paste, black pepper powder finally add roasted vegetables kept ready. Add two cups of hot water. Add coriander leaves. Let it boil ten minutes at this stage add sugar and kasoori methi. Serve hot with steamed rice, roti, or naan jeera rice.
