The Surprising Truth About Chicken Pulao Nobody Tells You | Winter Special Pulao Recipe *Chicken Pulao Recipe* *Ingredients:* 1 kg chicken, cut into pieces 2 cups basmati rice, soaked for 30 minutes 1 large onion, sliced 2 tomatoes, chopped 3-4 green chilies, slit 2 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste 1 cup yogurt 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 2- bay leaves 4-5 cloves 2-3 cardamom pods 1 cinnamon stick 1 teaspoon red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon garam masala Salt to taste 4 cups water Fresh coriander leaves for garnish 3 tablespoons oil or ghee *Method:* 1. *Prepare the Base:* Heat oil or ghee in a large pot. Add cumin seeds, bay leaves, cloves, cardamom, and cinnamon stick. Sauté for a minute until aromatic. Add the sliced onions and sauté until golden brown. 2. *Cook the Chicken:* Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes until the raw smell disappears.
