ONE HOUR Meal Prep | Chicken Shepherd’s Pie, Breakfast Bowls | WW Freestyle

Meal Prep Playlist - https://goo.gl/PA5pJW Lemon Ginger Water 2 lemons - sliced 2 chunks of ginger - peeled and sliced Put ginger in hot water (not quite boiling). Allow to ‘steep” for at least 10 minutes. Pour the ginger water and chunks into a pitcher - add in lemons. Fill with water and enjoy! Chicken Shepherd’s Pie 4 servings 3 SP per serving (using ingredients below) 1 pound 99% ground chicken 1 8 oz bag of mixed vegetables 1 Tbl tomato paste 1 Tbl worcestershire sauce 1 Tbl flour 1 cup broth Spices of your choice 1 10 oz bag of frozen riced cauliflower 10 ounces of russet potatoes - peeled and diced 1 Tbl I can’t believe its not butter light ¼ cup great value fat free half and half Brown the ground chicken until cooked through. Add in desired spices. While chicken is cooking, mix the flour and the broth together. Once chicken has cooked through, add in tomato paste, worcestershire sauce and broth mixture into the pan. Cover and allow to simmer for about 5 minutes. While your chicken is cooking, start your cauliflower/potato mash. Boil your potatoes until tender. Steam the cauliflower rice. Once potatoes and rice are done, add them to a bowl along with the light butter, half and half and desired spices. Using an immersion blender, blend the potatoes and cauliflower together. Pour the meat mixture into a 11x7 baking dish. Spread the mash on top.
