Blueberry Pecan Raisin Upside Down Cake- Inspired by Nana's Cooking Craft Corner.

I was inspired by Nana's Cooking Craft Corner when I saw her video on how to make a Blueberry Cranberry Upside-Down Cake. I've changed my recipe a little by adding chopped pecans and raisins. I try to cook, bake and eat organic as much as possible, so everything I used is organic with exception of the Bisquick Mix. Another adjustment I did was reducing the amount of sugar, using just 3/4th cup of sugar for the whole cake, so all my family members, could enjoy eating the cake too.
