Korean Janchi Guksu (aka. Banquet noodle) is simple to make but tastes not simple. Deep dashi broth+tender noodle=perfect combination! 1.Prepare the broth – Simmer a dashi pack in water to make a flavorful soup base. 2.Cook the veggies – Stir-fry your choice of vegetables until they soften. 3.Make the spicy sauce – Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
