OKAY, maybe a bit of an extreme title but this is youtubes lol. Completely came across this bug by accident on stream, but I think you can agree that it has resulted in some pretty neat-looking footage. To do this yourself, select a view close to the car in replay (important), then go into photo mode, apply max blur, go back into the replay, done!
