Viral Baked Oats with Applesauce, Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chips Ingredients: • 1 cup rolled oats • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce (instead of banana) • 1 egg • 1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup • 2 tbsp Fit Bit peanut butter (or any peanut butter of your choice) • 1 tsp baking powder • 1/2 cup milk (any kind) • 1/2 tsp cinnamon • 2 tbsp chocolate chips (optional, for topping) Instructions: 1 Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a small baking dish (around 8x8 inches or similar size). 2 Blend the ingredients: In a blender, combine the oats, applesauce, egg, sugar-free maple syrup, peanut butter, baking powder, milk, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth and well combined. 3 Pour into the dish: Pour the blended mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula. 4 Add chocolate chips: Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top of the oat mixture for some extra sweetness and crunch. 5 Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the oats are set and golden brown on top. 6 Serve and enjoy: Let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and enjoy your delicious, healthy baked oats!
