This first loaf took about 7 days and 12 hours to produce. I know have sourdough starter in the fridge and the process should only be about 12 hours to produce a loaf. This loaf was pretty dang tasty. I will make a loaf a week and figure out other recipes with the discard from the starter. Thanks for watching.
