
Matar Paneer Simple Recipe | Less Oil, More Taste| Healthy Matar Paneer Recipe Different Style

Ingredients 1 cup Matar (Green Peas) 500g Paneer (Cottage Cheese) 2 Onions (sliced) 2 Tomatoes 2 tbsp Curd Whole spices (Bay leaf, Cloves, Cinnamon, Cardamom) 1 tsp Cumin Seeds 1 tsp Turmeric Powder 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp Kashmiri Lal Mirch Powder (for color) 1 tsp Coriander Powder 1 tbsp Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves) Fresh Coriander (for garnish) Salt to taste Oil (for shallow frying) Recipe Shallow fry paneer cubes until golden brown and set aside. Fry onions until golden brown, take them out, mix with curd, and grind into a smooth paste. Grind tomatoes separately into a puree. Heat oil, add cumin seeds and let them crackle. Add whole spices and saut├й until fragrant. Pour in the tomato puree and cook until oil separates. Add the onion-curd paste and cook well until the mixture thickens. Grind some green peas and add them to the mixture for a rich texture. Add the remaining whole peas and cook until soft. Add fried paneer cubes and mix gently.
