Yoga Bliss with Shelly is here to bring as much love and healing to women all over the world through Shellys authentic blend of teaching yoga and spirituality classes. Ten years ago, Shelly wanted to get back in shape with a newborn, two and four year old, to her surprise she found more than an exercise practice. Shelly began noticing how overwhelm and anxiety were a daily frustrating response, yoga taught her that in a practice she could feel strong, empowered, inspired and mostly learn how to cope day to day. A desire to want to heal began and it expanded to an awakening of her mind, body and spirit. Shelly loves empowering and inspiring women to be a healthier mind and body and loves connecting women and believes we all need a soul sister. She thrives to create a Yoga Bliss community of women that is free of judgment. Shelly sees Yoga Bliss as a space for women to come together and grow with vulnerability and an openness to heal. Shelly is a registered Yoga Teacher with over 500 hours of training in vinyasa and hatha yoga, she is also a Reiki master and intuitive energy healer. Shelly's heart mission is to help women get healthy, strong and fit in body mind and spirit through movement, mediation and different practices that bring us out of our comfort zone and into the space where growth of the mind and body take place. After teaching yoga and spirituality to women in a monthly women's circles, to women's retreats and in studio Shelly's desire to help more women has grown. Wisdom that Shelly has gained over the last seven years of teaching is best said in her own words, "Yoga is a practice, not a perfect. Yoga is NOT a one size fits all." Shelly has taught in studio but loves teaching from home offering online classes and programs to women who are ready to take back their personal power, make their health a priority and truly align their ability to alleviate everyday overwhelm with breath, awareness and an ability to love and accept their selves for who they are. Shelly's heart wish for you, is that after you roll up your mat that you will walk away feeling better than you began. - - - - - - - - - - - - Yoga Bliss with Shelly LLC recommends that you consult your physician regarding the applicability of any recommendations and follow all safety instructions before beginning any exercise program.
