Bazaru Tarike Se Gharelu Murgi🍗: Recipe in Description #shorts #youtubeshorts #chickencurry #spicychickencurry #currychicken #chickencurryrecipe #chickengravy Bazaru Tarike Se Gharelu Murgi🍗: Ingredients & Recipe Below:- Marinate 1 kg chicken with 1 tbsp each of salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, half tsp turmeric, 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder, 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste and 1 lemon juice. Let it sit for 20 minutes at least. Heat 7 tbsp mustard oil in a Kadhai and add in 1 bay leaf, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 4-6 green chillies, half tsp black peppercorns, 1.5 inch cinnamon, 4 broken dry red chillies, 3 green & 1 black cardamom and 4 cloves. Let them pop for 15 seconds then add in handful of chopped coriander leaves with stems immediately followed by 5 finely chopped onions. Fry on high for 7-8 minutes until onions turn golden brown. Now add in the marinated chicken and fry on high for 4 minutes. Next add in a paste of 4-5 tomatoes and fry on high for 3 minutes then on medium for another 3 minutes. Now add in 2 cups of water giving it a good mix and close the lid turning flame to low for 20 minutes checking and stirring in between. Lastly take 1 Tbsp roasted kasoori methi, 1.5 inch cinnamon, 4 cloves and 4 green cardamom in a mortar & pestle or a blender turning into a coarse powder. Add this powder in the chicken giving it a quick mix then garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
