Thursday, Fifth Week of Easter John 15:9-11

Jesus is giving us the key to staying in love with him by keeping his commandments. Staying in love requires constant awareness of what God wants from each one of us while this is not always easy to discern the broad markers are to keep his commandments. I recall a heated conversation between two friends of mine one said “The problem here is that you are wired for transmission but not for reception. You can talk but you don’t listen.”
