There is an alternative 3rd encounter with nemesis in this game, if you go to Newspaper Office fist instead the Restaurant, you will meet him here. You will have Carlos's help too, so you can repeat the same strategy as before. After you beat him, nemesis will drop "F. Aid Box" item, with it you can carry 3 Fist Aid Sprays using only one slot in the inventory (it come already with 3 FAS on the box).
