Fruit Custard Recipe | Mohabbat Ka Sharbat Recipe | Refreshing Iftaar Drinks 2025 | Ramadan Special!
INGREDIENTS: Mohabbat ka sharbat recipe: Watermelon China grass / Agar agar Ice cubes Rose milk syrup Milk Soaked sabja seeds - 4 tsp PREPARATION PROCESS: Soak agar agar flakes / china grass for 15 mins in water, in a saucepan add the china grass/ agar agar flakes add 1 cup of water and stir it continuously and ensure it dissolves. Add 3 tsp rose syrup , mix it evenly , once it’s done , transfer the liquid to a plate, set them aside, let it cool. After 1 hour , cut the jelly into the required shape. In a large bowl, add the soaked sabja seeds , milk , rose syrup, ice cubes , jelly , watermelon. Stir before drinking. Enjoy your "Mohabbat ka Shabbat: a moment of love in every drop."🌸🥰🍹 Semiya custard recipe/ seviyan sweet recipe / vermicelli custard recipe: Vermicelli / semiya / seviyan - 1 cup Milk - 1/2litre Custard powder - 3 tsp Powdered sugar - 5 tsp Apple - 1 cup Grapes - 1 cup Pomegranate - 1 cup Banana - 1 Cashew - 5 to 6 ( chopped) Badam - 5 to 6 ( chopped) Raisin - 5 to 6 ( chopped) PREPARATION PROCESS: Heat a pan over low heat, add vermicelli and roast it, until it turns golden brown. Take 1/2litre milk and boil it, add roasted vermicelli and powdered sugar, at the side take small cup of chill milk , add Custard powder , mix it up gently no lumps should be formed. Pour the custard slurry , over the boiled milk, stir it continuously for about 5-7 minutes, cool it down. Take a glass bowl, add the vermicelli custard milk, cup of apple, cup of banana, cup of grapes , cup of pomegranate. Garnish with Cashew, Badam (almond), Raisin . Refrigerate it for 2 to 3 hours.
