Do you have tennis elbow? Lateral epicondylitis? Elbow pain? We got you. 😅 Fun fact: Pain on the outside of the elbow is referred to as lateral epicondylitis. Pain on the inside of the elbow is known as medial epicondylitis. 👇 For pain on the outside of the elbow, here is a partner massage. Have the person in pain place their arm palm down on a table, and let the wrist fall off of the end of the table. You can have them extend the wrist to reveal the lateral wrist extensors, then have them relax again. Using three knuckles and some lotion, keep a strong downward pressure on the arm as you slowly rake your knuckles up the arm, passing over the elbow.
