Lychee Mango Salad | लिची और आम का सलाद | Salad Recipes | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

A beautiful tropical salad made with fresh litchis and mango. LYCHEE MANGO SALD Ingredients 10-12 lychees, peeled and deseeded 1 ripe Alphonso mango, cut into cubes 1 tsp chopped garlic ½ cup chopped tender coconut ½ tsp chopped fresh red chili Juice of 1 lemon 2-3 tsps blended sesame oil Salt to taste 1 tbsp toasted white sesame seeds 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce ½ tbsp roasted pumpkin seeds 1 tsp roasted spicy peanuts 1 tsp roasted spicy cashew nuts A few lettuce leaves Method 1. Take lychee in a bowl. Add mango, garlic, tender coconut, red chilli, lemon juice, blended sesame oil, salt, white sesame seeds and sweet chilli sauce. Mix till well combined. 2. Add pumpkin seeds, spicy peanuts, spicy cashew nuts and lettuce leaves and gently toss. 3. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
