JERK CHICKEN BBQ SPAGHETTI IT'S BBQ MEETS PASTA; ULTIMATE JERK CHICKEN SPAGHETTI GONE WILD! Jerk chicken BBQ spaghetti is easy and it pairs well with a nice crisp salad. BBQ Spaghetti is an easy to make recipe for large family gatherings with friends if you're looking for that time saving recipe this is it!!! Easy BBQ Spaghetti is one of those recipes where I generally have all ingredients on hand so it's a true win win!!! Jerk Chicken Spaghetti can be enjoyed any day of the week, social events or for sports playoffs, Superbowl parties and etc. One pot meals like Jerk chicken BBQ spaghetti is both quick and easy as well as a great make ahead dish that can be started the day prior for your family gathering or social event. Both my family and I love jerk so this recipe is a gamechanger that just elevates yet another favorite recipe of ours; spaghetti is the perfect fusion to elevate such burst of flavors. Jerk chicken BBQ Spaghetti is one of my favorite recipes because it's so interchangeable you can use beef, chicken or beyond meat either will graciously soak up those excellent jerk flavors. Ingredients - Jerk seasoning marinade (your preference), Boneless chicken, 3-4 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce/homemade bbq your preference, Spaghetti 1/2 - 1 1/2 lbs your preference (I used 2 lbs this will last 3-4 days for my family can also freeze for 3-6 months. Preparation instructions as follows: Clean & rinse meat, place in a large bowl or ziploc bag marinate with jerk seasoning sauce marinate 2hrs - 24 hrs your preference in fridge. Remove from fridge after deserve marination time allow meat to set out to become room temperature for 20-30 mins prior to pan searing. STOVE TOP INSTRUCTIONS pan sear meat on medium heat in a large skillet/pot for 3-5 mins on both sides, place into an oven safe bake dish once all meat has been pan seared add leftover jerk marinade in the pan cover with foil bake on 375 for 35-40 mins until fork tender. Ovens vary please check sooner. Alternative, if you accidentally discard jerk marinade substitute with chicken broth (1 cup). ONCE MEAT HAS COMPLETED COOKING DO THE FOLLOWING: remove meat from oven allow meat to cool 10-15 mins prior to handling use hands or 2 forks to pull shred your preference. add your favorite BBQ sauce to pan add 1/2 cup - 1 cup jerk seasoning sauce cook on medium high for 5-7 mins add 1 TBSP jerk seasoning blend mix well. Set aside, keep warm. cook pasta per packing instruction drain, add shredded jerk chicken, pour jerk BBQ sauce over mix well and serve and enjoy with garlic knots, Texas cheese toast your preference a salad is also another alternative.
