Bubbly Finger Paint

Make finger paint with Abby by doing a science experiment! For this art project, you'll need to make the following solutions. Solution A: 1 TBS of white vinegar and 1 TBS of clear liquid dish soap Solution B: 1 TBS of water and 1 TBS of baking soda Food coloring is optional for both solutions.
