Upon completing "Chaos in Zion" and waiting a few days, Joshua Graham will find you and confront you about your betrayal of his people. He hunts the player whether he is killed in Zion or not, I wanted to do this to reinforce the lore that he is very hard to kill and cheats death many times as stated by Chief Hanlon.
