Ingredients: • Soya chunks: 100g (55g protein) • Onion: 1 medium (finely chopped) • Tomato: 1 medium (finely chopped) • Green chilies: 2 (optional, finely chopped) • Garlic & ginger paste: 1 tsp • Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp • Red chili powder: 1 tsp • Coriander powder: 1 tsp • Garam masala: 1/2 tsp • Cumin seeds: 1/2 tsp • Oil: 1 tbsp • Salt: to taste • Fresh coriander: for garnish Instructions: 1. Boil soya chunks in salted water for 5-7 minutes until they soften. Squeeze out excess water and keep aside. 2. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and let them crackle. 3. Add garlic-ginger paste and sauté for a minute. 4. Add onions and cook until golden brown. 5. Add tomatoes, turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates. 6. Add the boiled soya chunks and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. 7. Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander.
