Sobriety Checkpoint Cop Watch in Kokomo, IN.
Recorded on August 27th, 2022. Although we already know some of them feel as though recording them is an issue, the police gave me no issues in the recording of these stops, and so I gave them no issues as well. That gives us a chance to investigate how lawfully they are conducting these stops. Is everyone that goes through a sobriety checkpoint legally bound to present their identification without committing an infraction or more? If they legally must allow for a place to turn away from the checkpoint, can they then legally stalk anyone that happens to turn away from it? Can they do U-turns just after letting someone go from a stop? Can they do U-turns just to pick up their Sobriety checkpoint signs? Can they legally commit crimes to prevent and stop drunk drivers from being on the road? Are you okay with sacrificing some of your rights to help keep drunk drivers off the road? These are questions I would like you to ask yourself. I have already formed a few opinions and stated them in the video, as I am sure you will form your own opinions too. Feel free to state them in the comments below. What I am really here to do, is present to you the News.
