๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐โฃ โฃ From all the women and experience I have, most choose between 2 things during the holidays โฃ โฃ โ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ข๐๐ญ ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ฆ๐ฌ๐๐ฅ๐ฏ๐๐ฌ because they want to be good and not ruin everything โฃ โ ๐๐ข๐ฏ๐ ๐ข๐ง and donโt care about their eating habits because they will โstart over again in Januaryโ โฃ โฃ In this society we are told to โeat this, donโt eat thatโ โฃ โฃ we are told โthis will make you fatโ โฃ โฃ โThis is unhealthy, this is healthyโ โฃ โฃ So on so forthโฆ ๐โฃ โฃ And when others say that they donโt understand where you come from, they will give you crazy anxiety. โฃ โฃ Yes even family members will try to drag you down with them to feel better about them not doing anything. ๐ โฃ โฃ ๐ Especially if they are the ones that you see once in a while and wish they were in better shape โฃ โฃ ๐คฅ Sometimes theyโll comment on how you look, how much youโre eating, what youโre eating, and tell you that you should eat this and not that like they are fitness coaches, nutritionist and dietitians ๐ตโ๐ซ โฃ โฃ At this point you are so stressed and donโt want to hear it anymore โฃ โฃ Itโs the worst!!! โฃ โฃ It happens to me ๐๐๐๐๐ get together ๐ฅดโฃ โฃ ๐๐จ ๐ก๐๐ซ๐ ๐๐ซ๐ ๐ฌ๐จ๐ฆ๐ ๐ญ๐ข๐ฉ๐ฌ ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ญ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ก๐๐ฅ๐ฉ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ฌ ๐ก๐จ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐๐ฒ ๐ฌ๐๐๐ฌ๐จ๐ง ๐ญ๐จ ๐ซ๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ฌ๐ ๐ฌ๐จ๐ฆ๐ ๐จ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ญ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐๐ง๐ฃ๐จ๐ฒ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ก๐จ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐๐ฒ๐ฌ: โฃ โฃ 1๏ธโฃ ๐๐ง๐ฃ๐จ๐ฒ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐จ๐จ๐. ๐คค Savor it, enjoy the experience!
