๐Ÿ™Œ ๐Ÿ‘ ๐“๐ˆ๐๐’ ๐“๐Ž ๐๐Ž๐“ ๐…๐„๐„๐‹ ๐†๐”๐ˆ๐‹๐“๐˜ ๐€๐๐Ž๐”๐“ ๐…๐Ž๐Ž๐ƒ ๐“๐‡๐ˆ๐’ ๐‡๐Ž๐‹๐ˆ๐ƒ๐€๐˜ ๐’๐„๐€๐’๐Ž๐ ๐Ÿ™Œโฃ โฃ From all the women and experience I have, most choose between 2 things during the holidays โฃ โฃ โŒ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ข๐œ๐ญ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž๐ฆ๐ฌ๐ž๐ฅ๐ฏ๐ž๐ฌ because they want to be good and not ruin everything โฃ โŒ ๐†๐ข๐ฏ๐ž ๐ข๐ง and donโ€™t care about their eating habits because they will โ€œstart over again in Januaryโ€ โฃ โฃ In this society we are told to โ€œeat this, donโ€™t eat thatโ€ โฃ โฃ we are told โ€œthis will make you fatโ€ โฃ โฃ โ€œThis is unhealthy, this is healthyโ€ โฃ โฃ So on so forthโ€ฆ ๐Ÿ™„โฃ โฃ And when others say that they donโ€™t understand where you come from, they will give you crazy anxiety. โฃ โฃ Yes even family members will try to drag you down with them to feel better about them not doing anything. ๐Ÿ˜ โฃ โฃ ๐Ÿ‘‰ Especially if they are the ones that you see once in a while and wish they were in better shape โฃ โฃ ๐Ÿคฅ Sometimes theyโ€™ll comment on how you look, how much youโ€™re eating, what youโ€™re eating, and tell you that you should eat this and not that like they are fitness coaches, nutritionist and dietitians ๐Ÿ˜ตโ€๐Ÿ’ซ โฃ โฃ At this point you are so stressed and donโ€™t want to hear it anymore โฃ โฃ Itโ€™s the worst!!! โฃ โฃ It happens to me ๐„๐•๐„๐‘๐˜ get together ๐Ÿฅดโฃ โฃ ๐’๐จ ๐ก๐ž๐ซ๐ž ๐š๐ซ๐ž ๐ฌ๐จ๐ฆ๐ž ๐ญ๐ข๐ฉ๐ฌ ๐ญ๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ก๐ž๐ฅ๐ฉ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ฌ ๐ก๐จ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐š๐ฒ ๐ฌ๐ž๐š๐ฌ๐จ๐ง ๐ญ๐จ ๐ซ๐ž๐ฅ๐ž๐š๐ฌ๐ž ๐ฌ๐จ๐ฆ๐ž ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ญ๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ž๐ง๐ฃ๐จ๐ฒ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ก๐จ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐š๐ฒ๐ฌ: โฃ โฃ 1๏ธโƒฃ ๐„๐ง๐ฃ๐จ๐ฒ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐Ÿ๐จ๐จ๐. ๐Ÿคค Savor it, enjoy the experience!
