
Easy Vegan Mushroom Alfredo Pasta - Nut Free, Oil Free
This easy vegan mushroom alfredo pasta is creamy, savory, and delicious! It goes well with an easy side of green beans that I share with you here. This vegan alfredo uses no cashews or other nuts and no processed vegan cheeses. There's minimal chopping since we're using dry chopped onion and pre-minced garlic (both found at Costco). It's oil free, low fat, plant-based, and comes together in about 20 minutes. Vegan Mushroom Alfredo Ingredients: Dry chopped onion, about 1 Tbsp. Minced garlic, about 2 Tbsp. Chopped mushrooms, about 8 oz. Better than Bouillon vegetable base, about 1 tsp.
