Whether you're at home or in the gym, this session is your gateway to getting stronger, leaner, and fitter. Don't have kettlebells? No worries! Dumbbells are a perfect substitute for this workout. We'll tackle 13 exercises focusing on both lower and upper body, starting with the right side in the first round and switching to the left in the second. With 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest, this no-repeat routine is perfectly paced for all fitness levels. Easy to follow and requiring minimal equipment, this workout is ideal for those looking to enhance their full-body strength using kettlebells or dumbbells.
