For the filling: ✔️ Cottage cheese (5% fat) 500 gr ✔️ Sour cream (15-20% fat) 400 gr ✔️ Cream (33-35% fat) 200 ml ✔️ Sugar 220g ✔️ Blueberry 150 gr ✔️ Water 80 ml ✔️ Gelatin 25 gr 🍰 Recipe for making cheesecake: 1. First prepare everything you need for the cheesecake base: 💜 Melt the butter on the stovetop or in the microwave beforehand and chill. 💜 Crumble the cookies in a blender or crumble with your hands. 💜 Pour the melted butter into the cookies and mix well. 💜 In a cling film covered baking dish 22-24 cm in diameter pour all the crumbs from the cookies and tamp them down well. 💜 Set aside in the fridge for 1 hour so that the base can harden. 2.
