Ingredients: πŸ”Έ Mustard Oil – 300 ml πŸ”Έ Raw Peanuts – Β½ kg πŸ”Έ Besan (Gram Flour) – 2 tbsp πŸ”Έ Corn Flour – 2 tbsp πŸ”Έ Garlic – 7-8 cloves (crushed) πŸ”Έ Amchoor Powder (Dry Mango Powder) – 1 tbsp πŸ”Έ Pink Salt – 1Β½ tsp πŸ”Έ Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp πŸ”Έ Turmeric Powder (Haldi) – 1 tsp πŸ”Έ Curry Leaves – A handful (crushed + extra for frying) πŸ”Έ Whole Red Chillies – 4-5 Method: 1️⃣ In a mixing bowl, combine the raw peanuts with pink salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, amchoor powder, crushed garlic, besan, corn flour, and curry leaves. 2️⃣ Sprinkle a little water 2-3 times and mix well to coat the peanuts evenly (ensure the coating is dry, not a wet batter). 3️⃣ Heat mustard oil in a pan.
