Garlic Masala Peanuts | Crispy & Spicy Tea-Time Snack Try this easy and flavorful Garlic Masala Peanuts recipe- perfect as a crunchy snack with tea in the winters! These spicy, tangy, and aromatic peanuts are coated with a delicious masala mix and fried to perfection. You'll forget packed peanut snacks! Ingredients: πΈ Mustard Oil β 300 ml πΈ Raw Peanuts β Β½ kg πΈ Besan (Gram Flour) β 2 tbsp πΈ Corn Flour β 2 tbsp πΈ Garlic β 7-8 cloves (crushed) πΈ Amchoor Powder (Dry Mango Powder) β 1 tbsp πΈ Pink Salt β 1Β½ tsp πΈ Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder β 1 tsp πΈ Turmeric Powder (Haldi) β 1 tsp πΈ Curry Leaves β A handful (crushed + extra for frying) πΈ Whole Red Chillies β 4-5 Method: 1οΈβ£ In a mixing bowl, combine the raw peanuts with pink salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, amchoor powder, crushed garlic, besan, corn flour, and curry leaves. 2οΈβ£ Sprinkle a little water 2-3 times and mix well to coat the peanuts evenly (ensure the coating is dry, not a wet batter). 3οΈβ£ Heat mustard oil in a pan.
