Found it from Korean BBS. Creator is STOPOVER. Cover for OPL2(YM3812) FM sound and recorded for Nuked OPL3. Popular dance music from the first album of Seo Taiji & Boys (서태지와 아이들). This version is called "Techno Remix", for old-school rave style. Originally it's .IMS file (IMplay Song data, Korean karaoke for OPL2) so I converted to .VGM for listening in modern PC.
