It's been 15 years since the Raccoon City incident. The President of the United States decides to make public information about what happened in order to stop the biological terrorists. But when he begins to mutate, after being infected with a virus, his friend and assistant, Leon Kennedy, has to decide on a difficult act... Meanwhile, B.S.A.A. member Chris Redfield arrives in China, where another outbreak of biological contamination has been spotted. And all people have only one thing in common - the fear that there is no longer any hope ...
