42g PROTEIN CHUCK ROAST MAC AND CHEESE CALORIES AND MACROS- makes 6 servings 510 calories 15g fat 53g carb 42g protein PER 2 cup serving INGREDIENTS ROAST- 1 whole Chuck Roast 1 cup bone broth (or beef stock) 1 packet ranch mix 1 packet auju mix 1 cup pepperoncini pepper juice 6-8 pepperoncini peppers MAC AND CHEESE- 2 cups Chuck roast (made into Mississippi pot roast instructions above) 1 box barilla protein penne pasta 1 cup broccoli blanched 1 table spoon corn starch 1 cup fairlife low fat milk 2 cups blended cottage cheese 2 cups low fat cheddar 1/4 cup bone broth INSTRUCTIONS 1. in an instant pot combine chuck roast, pepperoncini pepper juice, bone broth, pepperoncini peppers, ranch packet, and auju packet. Pressure cook on high for 1 hr 2. While that cooks prepare your noodles and blanch your broccoli then set aside 3. once your meat is done start prepping your cheese sauce. 4. bring a large pot to med heat. dissolve your corn starch into your milk then add to the pot, add your blended cottage cheese, your shredded cheddar, and mix until melty 5. add your noodles, chuck roast, broccoli, and bone broth then combine and serve. optional top with red pepper flakes.
