Hi Friends My name is Chef Ashutosh Singh & WELCOME TO OUR YOUTUBE CHANNEL. IN THIS VIDEO WE WILL EXPLAIN YOU AND GIVE IMPORTANT TIPS TO MAKE PERFECT WHOLE WHEAT BREAD FROM SCRATCH RECIPE . RECIPE Atta - 200gm improver- 2gm gluten- 4gm yeast - 3gm water - 110-120gm salt - 4gm caster sugar -20gm milk powder- 8 gm oil- 12gm method 1-activate yeast using sugar & water. 2-sieve dry ingredients & make well in center. 3 -add water & dry ingredients & make soft dough . 4-rest for 10min. & roll into oval shape. 5-put the dough in mould. 6-proof for 45-50min. 7-bake at 200degree celcius for 20-25 min 8- let it cool down for 1hr & cut as required.
