Pav Bhaji Slider ~ A fusion snack that combines the traditional Indian street food, Pav Bhaji, with the concept of a slider (a small sandwich typically served on a soft bun). Happy Women's Day to all the beautiful women out there 🤗🤗 👉Ingredients: Pav - 1 packet (of 6-8 pieces) Tandoori mayonnaise - 2 tsp Pav bhaji masala - 3-4 tsp Onion - 1 (finely chopped) Coriander leaves (finely chopped) Mozzarella cheese - 2 tsp Melted butter (for brushing the pav) - as required Sesame seeds - for topping 👉Process: 1. Cut the whole pav into two halves (as shown in the video) and keep aside the upper part. 2. Add tandoori mayonnaise and spread on the bread evenly. 3. For the pav bhaji masala mix - Boil potato, carrot, beans, green peas together and mash properly. Melt butter in a kadhai, add a paste of onion, tomato, ginger,chilli and saute for a few minutes. Once the paste is ready, add the mashed vegetables into the kadhai. Stir in salt, turmeric, and Pav Bhaji masala (a spice mix used specifically for pav bhaji). This will bring flavor to the vegetables. Squeeze in some fresh lemon juice, add chopped coriander leaves, and stir in a spoonful of butter for richness. Mix everything well and pav bhaji masala is ready. 4. Add this prepared masala on the pav followed by chopped onion, coriander leaves and mozzarella cheese. Place the upper part of the pav and brush melted butter on it, evenly. Sprinkle some coriander leaves and sesame seeds. 5. Bake for 6-8 minutes in a preheated oven at 180C. 6.
