Today Bible Verse in Tamil I Today Bible Verse I Today's Bible Verse I Bible Verse Today I02.04.2025 ENGLISH VERSION: Today's Bible Verse (02.04.2025): VERSE: Thou shalt increase my greatness, and comfort me on every side. (PSALM 71:21 KJV) EXPLANATION: Blessed be the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. It is God who heals your heart and wipes away your tears. He promises to reform you. Open your heart wide and tell the Lord about all your problems. Surely the Lord our Father, who hears your prayers, will meet all your needs. "Thou shalt increase my greatness, and comfort me on every side." (Psalm 71:21) Today, we will meditate on this verse. Our God is the God of all comfort. Beloved, are you weeping for sorrow? Do you feel your soul shedding tears? The Lord will search for you. "The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want." (Psalm 23:1) The whole of Psalm 23 describes how the Lord comforts and cares for His children. That dear Shepherd is now with you. He sees your tears and hears your cry. "For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost." (Luke 19:10) Dear friends, are you crying today? The Lord said, "I, even I, am he that comforteth you." (Isaiah 51:12) Come to Him, my child. He is searching for you. He will give you everything you need and more than you think. Stop crying. Believe in Him. We will kneel before the Lord and put our lives in His hands. Pour out your heart to Him, for He hears. He will give you what you need. He will take away the burden you carry. He is the God of healing. "These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world." (John 16:33) When the Lord Jesus lived in this world, He went through tribulations, even though He lived a model life before us. He prayed to the Heavenly Father and clung to Him. Beloved, in the same way, we must always look to the Lord. "Thou, which hast shewed me great and sore troubles, shalt quicken me again, and shalt bring me up again from the depths of the earth." (Psalm 71:20) The Bible tells us that the whole world is lying in the power of the evil one, and Satan is keeping us in darkness. "And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness." (1 John 5:19) "For the enemy hath persecuted my soul; he hath smitten my life down to the ground; he hath made me to dwell in darkness, as those that have been long dead." (Psalm 143:3) But how do we get out of this mess? Many are tormented by various afflictions and say, "Alas, I have this problem. I don't know what to do." But the way to overcome all these problems is this: "The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the Lord shall not want any good thing." (Psalm 34:10) Beloved, there is only one way for us—to cling to God. "But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you." (Matthew 6:33) Yes, we should make it a habit to look up to the Lord and cling to Him. Open your heart wide and tell the Lord about all your problems. Surely the Lord our Father, who hears your prayers, will meet all your needs. As the Scripture says, the Lord will magnify you and comfort you on every side.
