The surah highlights the characteristics of those who neglect their prayers and fail to care for the needy, emphasizing the importance of sincerity in faith and good deeds. 🔹 Arabic Text: أَرَءَيْتَ ٱلَّذِى يُكَذِّبُ بِٱلدِّينِ ۝١ Ara’aytallazee yukazzibu bidden فَذَٰلِكَ ٱلَّذِى يَدُعُّ ٱلْيَتِيمَ ۝٢ Fazaalikal lazee yadu’ul-yateem وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ ٱلْمِسْكِينِ ۝٣ Wa la yahuddu ‘ala ta’amil miskeen فَوَيْلٌۭ لِّلْمُصَلِّينَ ۝٤ Fa wailul-lil musalleen ٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ عَن صَلَاتِهِمْ سَاهُونَ ۝٥ Allazeena hum ‘an salaatihim saahoon ٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ يُرَآءُونَ ۝٦ Allazeena hum yuraa’oon وَيَمْنَعُونَ ٱلْمَاعُونَ ۝٧ Wa yamna’oonal ma’oon 🔹 Meaning: "Have you seen the one who denies the Judgment? That is the one who repels the orphan and does not encourage the feeding of the poor. So woe to those who pray yet are heedless of their prayer—those who only show off and withhold small kindnesses."
