Sac State junior Jayda Preyer on overcoming homelessness as a full-time student
Sac State criminal justice major Jayda Preyer found herself homeless when she moved to Sacramento. Preyer was waitlisted for on-campus housing and was unable to find off-campus housing in a market with average rents higher than she could afford while going to school full-time.
