British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has revealed the "take it or leave it" final Brexit offer to the European Union. The new plan is designed to remove obstacles created by what would be a new post-Brexit frontier in the EU, between Northern Ireland and the Irish Republic. If it fails, it sets Britain on a path to a possibly chaotic departure from the EU, without any transitional trading arrangements in place.
