I made lemon cookie using fresh lemon and lemon extract. This recipe is really easy. Just mix, rest, and bake! I wish I had a lemon cookie cutter..but it’s ok. :) I’m going to make another delicious lemon desserts. Thank you for watching this video. Be healthy and happy. :) ◡̈ 재료/Ingredients 레몬 제스트 1 Lemon Zest 황설탕 18g Light Brown Sugar 흰설탕 23g Granulated Sugar 레몬 익스트렉 2.5g Lemon Extract 레몬즙 10g Lemon Juice 실온 무염 버터 65g Soften Unsalted Butter 실온 우유 8g Milk (room temp.) 중력분 80g All-Purpose Flour 베이킹 파우더 1g Baking Powder 소금 1g Salt ◡̈방법/How to 1.1개분량의 레몬제스트와 설탕, 레몬익스트렉, 레몬즙을 섞어둔다. 2.버터를 가볍게 풀어주고 레몬 혼합물을 나눠 넣으며 섞는다. 3.우유를 넣고 섞는다. 4.가루류를 넣고 그어가며 섞는다. 5.유산지 사이에 반죽을 넣고 4mm 두께로 밀어펴고 실온에 30분 휴지한다.(생략가능) 6.냉장실에서 한 시간 휴지. 7.지름 6cm 커터로 찍어내고 팬닝한 뒤 180도로 예열된 오븐에 10분 굽는다. +(6mm내외의 두께는 약 12분) 1.Mix the lemon zest, sugar, lemon extract, and lemon juice. 2.cream the butter and add the lemon mixture several times. 3.Add milk and mix it. 4.Add dry ingredients and fold it to mix. 5.Put the dough between parchment paper and roll it out about 4mm thickness. Rest it at room temperature for 30 minutes. (You can skip it) 6.Put it in a fridge for an hour. 7.Cut it with 6cm cookie cutter and place it on a pan.
