What is a Ger, Stranger, Alien & Sojourner in Torah, in Leviticus 19:34

In the middle of my teaching on love in Judaism, as I explained the commandment of loving our neighbor (Lev 19:18) and even loving the stranger (Lev 19:34), I was asked an impromptu question - "who is a stranger exactly?" So I stopped and gave an answer... Here is an excerpt from that teaching where I answer the question and consider the terminology of "ger" in the context of the Torah texts being discussed, and what it means.
