30 MIN Total Body Metabolic Conditioning Workout | Super Intense - DAY 19 SWEAT & SHRED

DAY 19 of 21 days of happy sweat! 🔥 Today we have a 30 min of total body metcon workout, a combination of Strength and cardio to maximize your calorie burn and increase your metabolic rate designed to get you in that Fit Shape. There are 6 Circuits 2x rounds per circuit, 2 exercise per each and at the end of each circuit we have a 60 sec of cardio to keep that heart rate up :) and elevate the calorie burn. we will be working for 45 sec on and 15 sec of rest per circuit. For reference I am using 2x 20lb and 2x 15lb DBs. Pick your appropriate weights and lets sweat together! Circuit 1 ❶ Romanian deadlift to Reverse Lunge 2x ❷ Thrusters 2x 🔥 4x Butt Kicks - 4x High Knees - 60 sec on Circuit 2 ❶ Curls to Press 2x ❷ Lateral to Front Raise 2x 🔥 Pop Squat - 60 sec on Circuit 3 ❶ Renegade Row 2x ❷ Chest Press 2x 🔥 Ranger Jump - 60 sec on Circuit 4 ❶ Clean to Squat 2x ❷ Curtsy Lunge to Raise 2x 🔥 Jumping Jack to punch - 60 sec on Circuit 5 ❶ Arnold Press 2x ❷ Goblet Squat 2x 🔥 Push Ups to Squat Jump - 60 sec on Circuit 6 ❶ Russian Twist 2x ❷ Dumbbell Hold Leg Lift 2x 🔥 Mountain Climbers - 60 sec on Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout Your Own. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to modify some exercises such as slowing down, no jumping or rest some more if you need to.
