Ingredients: 🥞 1 large ripe banana 🥞 1 large egg 🥞 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 🥞 1/4 cup yogurt 🥞 1/4 cup milk 🥞 1/2 cup oat flour (or 1/4 cup oat flour & 1/4 cup almond flour 🥞 1 tbsp cacao powder (if you want chocolate pancakes) 🥞 1/4 tsp baking soda 🥞 1/4 tsp baking powder 🥞 pinch of salt 🥞 1 scoop protein powder (I used milk chocolate flavor whey protein powder) Instructions: 🤎 In a bowl mash the banana. 🤎 Next whisk in your egg, yogurt, milk and vanilla 🤎 Next add in your dry ingredients one by one and mix it well without forming lumps 🤎 Then on a heated pan add about 1/4 cup of batter and cook it until you see bubbles and the edges start to brown 🤎 Flip it and cook on the other side 🤎 Serve it hot with your favorite topping (Berries, bananas, maple syrup) This recipe makes about 4 pancakes
