Seeing angels before death - a hospice story #hospice #hospicecare This is a personal story of my father-in-law who I met a week before he died. During our visit together he was very confused and had no idea who I was. However, as I was leaving, I turned back to say bye and he was looking at me with wonder and awe. What he said to me made my heart so full. In this video, I'll share that story. While this moment is deeply special to me, it's not something I hadn't experienced before working with the dying. At the end of life, people often see family or friends, pets or loved ones who have already died, angels or jesus or god, or lights... We call these end-of-life experiences. You may also hear them called end-of-life phenomena or end of life visions.
