Eggless Mawa Cup Cake | Cooksmart | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Eggless cupcakes enriched with mawa EGGLESS MAWA CUP CAKES Ingredients 150 gms khoya/mawa 160 gms refined flour (maida) ½ tsp baking powder ½ tsp baking soda 120 gms butter 200 gms sweet condensed milk 1 tsp vanilla essence 75 ml milk Method 1. Preheat oven to 180° C. 2. Put butter in a large mixing bowl, add mawa and condensed milk and beat together with a hand blender. 3. Sieve together refined flour, baking powder and baking soda into the bowl and mix together. 4. Add vanilla essence and milk and mix again with the hand blender. 5. Pour the batter into silicon cupcake moulds kept on a tray till ¾ full. Tap the tray on the table to settle the batter. 6. Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes. 7.
