Recipe! ⬇️ For the sausage balls you need: • 1/2 package Hot Sausage • 1/2 package Mild Sausage • 1 cup Bisquick • 2 cups shredded cheese (your choice!) Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. 2. Cook the sausage about 75% through. don’t drain the grease, it’s part of the deliciousness! 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, Bisquick, and shredded cheese. Mix until everything is well blended. 4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 5. Roll the mixture into 32, 1-inch balls and place them evenly on the prepared baking sheet. 6. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked (oven times may vary). Serve immediately and while still warm for maximum cheesy, fresh goodness! Although, they’re still delicious days later as well.
