Apple’s new Stolen Device Protection sounds great, right? Well... It actually locks you out of your own phone in ways you won’t expect. It locks certain features behind Face ID and won't give a pin code option The big problem is, if Face ID fails, which is very common, you'd be locked out of a lot of things, including backing up your phone to your computer. So if you want to disable it, go to Settings - Face ID and Passcode - and disable Stolen Device Protection while you still can. #iPhone #Apple #TechTips
